Job Seekers attended an Information Session and Interview with Minprovise. Minprovise are mining contractors who provide specialist engineering, products & services company. Raylene from Minprovise spoke about her experience with the company, how the company started, and its core values.
Raylene explained the traineeship Minprovise provide and what the job seekers should expect. Raylene offered the Job Seekers donga-style accommodation if they needed time away from their families during their training – there are a number of opportunities to live and work in Perth and Karratha, as well as the choice to stay in Hedland.
Minprovise will offer continuous training and can offer apprenticeships to any job seekers who want to take that pathway.
Ashburton and Minprovise also arranged another Information Session and Interview session later in September, and held mock interviews at Harwell with Raylene being in attendance.
