One of our site Supervisors Victor Taylor is currently mentoring a number of Job Seekers through one of our newly created “Work Ready Programs”
A number of our AAC Job Seekers are currently undertaking a Scaffolding Traineeship with one of our local Hedland employers Minprovise. Our trainees who undertook the “Working at Heights” written questionnaire all attained a 95% pass mark on their 1st attempt. Trainee feedback has been very positive, and they are very excited with their progress to date. The trainees are especially pleased with their progress in practical exercises and with their results from the 1st written challenge.
Vic Taylor is very proud of the guy’s efforts and progress for their 1st week, and more importantly their eagerness to want to learn. It has been a very positive start to the “Traineeship Programme” – Well done to all involved.
