PHICC Pink Breakfast

mask

AAC Hedland Regional Manager Michelle Kivits, Site Manager Taylor Codina and George Cartwright from our Employment Services attended this years PHICC Pink Breakfast, with George having first hand experience with REACH US which was established in 2016 by Stacey Hambley who was diagnosed with breast cancer and came to realise first-hand that there were little local, ancillary support services available in the Pilbara. The Port Hedland Pink Breakfast remains a cause close to AAC’s heart as families battle cancer.

Through the generosity of the Port Hedland Community, the PHCCI Pink Breakfast was able to raise over $71,000 for REACH US – Pilbara Inc. They provide ancillary services to those battling cancer in the Pilbara region as well as support for their families.  Both Taylor and George won auction items and will look forward to a dolphin cruise in Mandurah and an overnight stay at the karijini ECO resort located within the Karijini national park.
