On Friday the 9th July, The Department of Community Justice hosted a BBQ to coincide with this year’s NAIDOC Celebrations.
The focus was on Youth Engagement. This gave some of our AAC Supervisors a chance to engage with our local Justice Services and our Port Hedland Community Police.
AAC staff were able to talk about the latest updates in the delivery of some of our new “Get Ready to Work” workshops that are currently being run from our Harwell way site in Wedgefield.
