Following the training and mentorship program from Minprovise, a number of AAC job seekers have successfully reached an incredible employment milestone! Minprovise Boys Quintan Stevens, Kyle Murphy, Blake Drummond, Martin Coffin and Wade Walters have successfully remained employed with Minprovise for a full 6 weeks.

As a congratulations, Mentor Vic arranged for them to receive a tool belt and tools. Once the team have undergone a bit more training and have completed their scaffolding tickets early in 2022, they will be traveling and working onsite together as Australia’s FIRST Aboriginal Only Scaffold Crew.

The boys have come a long way since starting the mentoring program 3 months ago and the AAC staff are incredibly proud of their hard work and achievements.
