Erin not only booked Michael for a forklift course at NR TAFE, scheduled from July 26 to July 28, 2023, but also provided assistance in applying for two more positions suitable to his skills and interests. Investing in Michael’s professional growth, Erin introduced him to the Candidate Coach program—an innovative online training platform. Armed with new skills and increased confidence, Michael now felt ready to face any interview with enthusiasm.
