On 5th of July AAC celebrated NAIDOC with Department of Communities, Department of Justice and Blackwoods Port Hedland. The event was filled with fun activities, traditional Torres Stair Island dancing and a great BBQ.

On the 5th of July from 8.30am until 10.30am saw us partnering with the Department of Communities along with the Department of Justice, Blackwoods Port Hedland and ourselves for our joint yearly NAIDOC celebration. The morning was filled with fun activities. We had a craft and kids design marque area, traditional Torres Strait Island dancing and a BBQ. One of our young female Torres Strait Islander staff presented an Acknowledgment of Country. The morning was enjoyed by all who attended.
