Jacqui’s remarkable artistic talent has been recognised at the prestigious ‘Jury Art Prize 2024’, where she received a special ‘Highly Commended’ award.
This recognition hadn’t been awarded previously, but Jacqui’s compelling artwork, ‘Ocean Treasures’, truly set a new standard.
Her piece, crafted entirely from fine threads, offers a lifelike portrayal of the organic treasures found along the Dampier coastline, capturing the beauty and essence of the ocean in an extraordinary way. It’s no surprise that the judges felt compelled to honour her work with this unprecedented award.
