Veolia have contracts with various mining companies in the Pilbara, they have industrial service contracts across all the BHP mine sites which include –
- Hose crews.
- High Pressure cleaning
- Vac Trucks
- Road sweepers
- various other roles
Veolia can take on people at entry level positions and train them up with opportunities for various career pathways as they become more experienced. Veolia has developed a Pathway to Mining Program which outlines our process and the training offered along with options for progression within the company. In addition Veolia have a Diversity and Inclusion policy with the aim of targeting more Women and Indigenous persons.

If need be Veolia can assist with the Water Jetting and Vacuum loading training from our Hedland depot.

The roster for the BHP shutdowns is a bit erratic but doesn’t mean there is a lack of work. There are plenty of shifts, but it is impossible to work a regular roster due to their nature.
