Kariyarra Aboriginal Corporation is currently seeking candidates to fill a full-time Reception position. This role will see you provide administrative support to various office functions.
This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday.
- Answering phone calls, emails, and messages as well as assisting clients directly with referrals and/or taking messages for further assistance
- Collection of mail and distributing, entering mail into the mail register
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of up-to-date computer systems (Microsoft Office apps)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
