Pilbara Meta Maya are looking to employ Municipal Services Officer for a 2 year contract based in Port Hedland with responsibilities to provide essential and community services to remote Aboriginal communities within the Pilbara
Main tasks of the role are:
- Shrub and vegetation control
- Maintain community roads and firebreaks
- Provide daily and weekly inspection sheets to the manager
- Airstrip inspection and maintenance
- Record powerhouse fuel consumables and record fuel meter readings
- Rubbish Collection
- Community asset inspections
- Maintenance of landfill areas
- Weekly vehicle and trailer inspection checklists and report fault findings to manager
About the role:
- Reliable
- Drivers Licence preferred
- Able to pass a Lab DAS
