We are looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen Hand to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist with various kitchen tasks, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.

· Clean and sanitize work areas, surfaces, and kitchen appliances.

· Help with inventory management by receiving and storing deliveries.

· Support kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely meal service.

· Dispose of waste and recyclables properly and in accordance with health regulations.

· Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed, including restocking supplies and preparing simple menu items.

Qualifications:

· Certificate in Hospitality preferred but not essential.

· Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required.

· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

· Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.

· Good time management skills and ability to multitask.

· Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
