Granalili Traditional Housing Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Granalili Traditional Housing program. This program aims to promote sustainable, culturally relevant housing solutions that honor traditional architectural practices while addressing the needs of the community. The Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders, including community members, government agencies, and non-profit organizations, to ensure the successful delivery of housing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Management: Oversee all aspects of housing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
· Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community members and stakeholders to promote program participation and gather feedback.
· Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, building codes, and cultural standards.
· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor program staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
· Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement evaluation metrics to assess program impact and effectiveness, preparing reports for stakeholders.
· Fundraising and Grant Management: Identify funding opportunities and manage grant applications to secure financial support for the program.
Requirements:
· Tertiary qualification within a relevant field such as community development, behavioral/social sciences or similar.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, housing development, or community development, with a focus on traditional or sustainable housing practices.
· Skills:
· Strong understanding of traditional architectural practices and sustainable building methods.
· Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and resource management.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
· Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
· Strong ability and focus to build trusted relationships with residential and the community
· Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
· Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and cultural considerations in housing design and construction.

· First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance. & C class Driver’s license
