We are looking for a full-time site administrator to join our team in Port Hedland operation, this is a residential position in Port Hedland and not available on a FIFO roster.
Reporting to the Administration Manager in Port Hedland your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Data Entry – This will include payroll, tonnage, and updating maintenance records
- Daily BAC and Drug & Alcohol Compliance
- Other ad hoc duties as requested by the Administration Manager including but not limited to – flight bookings, accommodation arrangements and compliance processing
- Assisting with inquiries and daily interactions within a large workforce of professional drivers and workshop teams
- No day will be the same – flexibility to learn other roles in the administration team
Experience
- Some previous data entry experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
