We are looking for a full-time site administrator to join our team in Port Hedland operation, this is a residential position in Port Hedland and not available on a FIFO roster.

Reporting to the Administration Manager in Port Hedland your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Data Entry – This will include payroll, tonnage, and updating maintenance records
  • Daily BAC and Drug & Alcohol Compliance
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested by the Administration Manager including but not limited to – flight bookings, accommodation arrangements and compliance processing
  • Assisting with inquiries and daily interactions within a large workforce of professional drivers and workshop teams
  •  No day will be the same – flexibility to learn other roles in the administration team

Experience

  • Some previous data entry experience is advantageous
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
