We recently welcomed Juan Treviño to the Pilbara through a meet-and-greet visit across our Karratha and Roebourne sites. The visit was a great chance to connect in person, with Juan spending time getting to know the teams and the communities he will be working alongside.
Juan will be working closely with Brendon and Kaylene to support delivery of the REAL program (Reconnection, Employment and Learning) at Roebourne Regional Prison, helping people in custody build the skills, confidence and readiness they need for life after release.
“The visits were a great opportunity to connect with staff, strengthen working relationships across sites, and ensure a shared focus on delivering consistent, coordinated support for participants across the whole journey.”
During the visit, the team also discussed how RAES (Remote Australian Employment Services) dovetails into the REAL program, creating a seamless wrap-around service that supports participants before release and continues with them into the community.
