On the 30th of September, Tyrone and Benjiman, proudly completed their ongoing welding training with Bennco Engineering a major milestone in the journey towards job readiness and personal growth.
At the beginning of their welding training Tyrone and Benjiman were given a hands-on challenge to assemble a fire put using metal pieces that had been precision cut by Bennco with a plasma cutter. While the components were ready, the real task lay in the welding them together. The early stages were a bit rough, but through consistent efforts and commitment, both participants showed remarkable improvement. Their growing confidence and refined welding skills are clear reflection of their dedication and the effectiveness of the training program.
What make their achievement even more remarkable is the resilience both men showed throughout the training. Despite facing personal challenges and grief, Tyrone and Benjiman remained committed to showing up, learning, and pushing forward.
