Guests are still talking about the incredible bush tucker served at our Perth NAIDOC celebration, with its distinctive flavours and rich cultural experience among the standout highlights of the day
Kuditj Kitchen Perth prepared a beautiful selection of contemporary Aboriginal cuisine featuring native ingredients and flavours. The menu included kangaroo and bush tomato mini sausage rolls, emu meatballs with seeded mustard and fresh basil, cherry slice, saltbush and lemon myrtle cheesecake with native lime pearls, madeleines with lemon and aniseed myrtle curd, and white chocolate treats—to name just a few.
Shared in a warm and welcoming setting, the menu gave guests an opportunity to experience the richness and diversity of bush tucker while connecting through food, culture and conversation.
We were also proud to serve Ashburton Aboriginal Corporation’s Karbar Station sausages, bringing a meaningful connection to our organisation and another special touch to the celebration.

Food has a powerful way of bringing people together. Throughout the day, it created space for guests to gather, yarn, ask questions, try something new and celebrate culture in a relaxed and genuine way.
A huge thank you to Kuditj Kitchen Perth for the delicious Indigenous-inspired catering, and to everyone who joined us to share food, stories and connection.
