JOB DESCRIPTION:
Wirraka Maya Health Service Aboriginal Corporation are seeking candidates to fill a full-time Transport Driver role. Wirraka Maya is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service designed to ensure their clients’ journey through the health system meets their medical, health, social and cultural needs.
ROLE DETAILS (NOT LIMITED TO):
· Transporting Clients to and from their appointments (Assisting clients onto the bus who are physically unable)
· Delivering medications to clients
· Attending pathology at the hospital to deliver samples, medications etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Open Driver’s License (Can be automatic however, manual beneficial)
· Ability to pass a Medical / D&A
· Clear police clearance
· Communication skills
· Cultural awareness
· Reliable / Strong work ethic
