A medical training centre is seeking a Trainer/Assessor to join our organisation based in South Hedland. Working closely with the RTO Coordinator, this position will be required to assist in the delivery of a nationally recognised qualification to students.




Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Practice or equivalent;

Cert IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain;

Demonstrated experience in developing training programs aligned to Australian Qualifications Training Framework (AQTF) qualifications is desirable;

Knowledge and experience in delivering VET programs and experience in working with people in a training environment is desirable;

Highly developed interpersonal skills including negotiation, consultation and the ability to resolve conflict;

Highly developed organisational and time management skills;

Efficiency in MS Office suite;

Current “C” Class motor driver’s license;

National Police Clearance (no more than six months old).
