You will undertake the necessary training required to complete the Business Administration Certificate whilst also supporting the regional office in providing administrative assistance and ongoing support to staff and clients within the Pilbara Region.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
Respond to incoming calls, redirecting calls, taking messages
Maintain the reception area and assist clients with general enquiries
Ensure the confidentiality and clients’ rights and information are respected
Maintain and replenish various office supplies
Undertake general administrative duties as requested
Support Managers and the team with any additional tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
A commitment to completing Cert IV Business Administration
A genuine interest in working with the local community
Awareness of culturally secure practices and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
Strong written and verbal communication (phone manner and email)
Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
