Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Act as a first point of call for all front counter-based sales enquiries
  • Building great relationships with our customers face to face and occasionally over the phone
  • Processing customer orders and credits
  • Picking, packing and despatch of customer orders
  • General front of house maintenance tasks in our showroom

What you will need to succeed:

  • Warehouse, Trade Counter and/or Customer service experience
  • Well-presented and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with or an understanding of the industrial product market would be highly valued
  • A willingness to learn and forward thinker who can think outside the box
  • Ability to work in a Regional team setting – we all help each other daily
