Black Rock are looking for a receptionist to join their team that is reliable and has experience in a similar role.
Duties:
- Managing the day-to-day office administration.
- Accurately maintaining the Caravan Park booking system.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting to the park manager and head office.
- Maintenance of fixed term and short-term rental agreements, including but not limited to renewals, tenant history checks and verifications.
- Keeping up to date knowledge about the Residential Park Act.
- Maintaining excellent relationship with the park residents and tourists.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Sales and marketing ability.
- High level computer literacy and previous experience of a Caravan Park or Motel Booking System.
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
