JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mount Dove Solutions is seeking a motivated and hardworking Gardener/Landscaper to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Pruning: Maintaining the health and appearance of trees, shrubs, and other plants around the camp and surrounding areas through proper pruning techniques.
· Mowing: Keeping lawns and grassy areas neatly trimmed and maintained.
· Reticulation: Ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the irrigation system to water the plants and lawns.
· Soil management and plant/weed identification: Maintaining soil health and promoting plant growth through appropriate soil management practices, as well as identifying and managing weeds.
· Chainsaw and chemical spraying: Safely operating chainsaws and applying chemicals for tree removal, vegetation control, and other maintenance tasks.
Work Schedule:
· 12-hour days
· 2/1 roster
· Work location: Mine site camp and surrounds
Requirements:
· Resume
· CV Check
· Must be able to pass a medical examination.
· Experience in gardening, landscaping, or similar outdoor work is preferred.
· Alternatively, a trade or other FIFO experience may be considered.
· Candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
· Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
· Must be physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in hot weather conditions.
