Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Act as the first point of resolution for all Telephone and Email sales enquiries directed to the branch
  • Inform and assist customers of our Clients product range and services to match their needs
  • Understanding customer’s sales history and proactively identifying requirements
  • Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
  • Occasional Trade Counter duties with our walk-in traffic as demand dictates
  • Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience with or an understanding of the industrial product market would be highly valued
  • Outstanding customer service skills with experience in a high-volume call center and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills are necessary
  • Applicants with an advanced understanding of Microsoft or Cloud based CRM programs
  • Forward thinker who can think outside the box
