Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Visit customers sites throughout the Pilbara to develop technical solutions and offer best practice advice
  • Seek and develop opportunities in the area for growth through strategic planning and analysis
  • Achieve budgeted sales and trading margin contribution targets
  • Develop and manage an effective pipeline and customer call cycle
  • Develop and manage key customer relationships
  • Plan and develop strategies based on anticipated customer needs

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in a Business Development or Sale Representative role, with a passion for sales
  • Experience working with technical concepts and solutions
  • Openness to learn and understand our business and processes
  • Ability to explore and understand your customers’ needs
  • Demonstrate exceptional relationship management and proactive technical solution skills
  • The confidence to work autonomously, be a strong and trustworthy communicator
