JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an Administration Support Officer to be the face of a legal office in Port Hedland!
Working under the direction of the Managing Solicitor, the new Administration Support Officer will have a natural ability to:
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service
- Answer all phone calls and desk queries in a friendly professional manner
- Proactively provide clerical assistance to our Lawyers and Managing Solicitors
- Generate office stationery orders
- Be responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle Petty Cash (distribution and reconciliation)
- Confidently assist with walk in clients and general enquiries, including the ability to direct and refer clients to appropriate resources/agencies
- Provide assistance by printing, collating and binding of handbooks, forms and documents as requested by the Managing Solicitor
- Complete database entry utilising the Microsoft Office suite of programs i.e. word and excel
- Attend events, community meetings and forums (where required).
REQUIREMENTS
- Current WA Drivers Licence Licence
- National Police Clearance and
- A Working with Children Check
