JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

 

We are seeking an Administration Support Officer to be the face of a legal office in Port Hedland!

 

Working under the direction of the Managing Solicitor, the new Administration Support Officer will have a natural ability to:

  • Demonstrate excellence in customer service
  • Answer all phone calls and desk queries in a friendly professional manner
  • Proactively provide clerical assistance to our Lawyers and Managing Solicitors
  • Generate office stationery orders
  • Be responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Handle Petty Cash (distribution and reconciliation)
  • Confidently assist with walk in clients and general enquiries, including the ability to direct and refer clients to appropriate resources/agencies
  • Provide assistance by printing, collating and binding of handbooks, forms and documents as requested by the Managing Solicitor
  • Complete database entry utilising the Microsoft Office suite of programs i.e. word and excel
  • Attend events, community meetings and forums (where required).

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Current WA Drivers Licence Licence
  • National Police Clearance and
  • A Working with Children Check
