JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking candidates to fill a Project Officer position. This role will be responsible for supporting the Manager and ensuring effective administration of the 1000 Jobs Program.
Duties consist of but are not limited to:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of the Strategic and Annual plans
- Supervise 1000 Jobs employees to ensure all work related activities are completed efficiently
- Support the HR recruitment process
- Assist in providing and developing customised training and development programs
- Provide input to the newsletter
- Undertake quarterly stocktake of products
- Assist with organising board meetings
REQUIRED:
- Previous experience in similar role desired but no essential
- Management experience
- Clear communication skills
- Be well presented and friendly
- Must be fully vaccinated to apply
