JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking candidates to fill a Project Officer position. This role will be responsible for supporting the Manager and ensuring effective administration of the 1000 Jobs Program.

Duties consist of but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of the Strategic and Annual plans
  • Supervise 1000 Jobs employees to ensure all work related activities are completed efficiently
  • Support the HR recruitment process
  • Assist in providing and developing customised training and development programs
  • Provide input to the newsletter
  • Undertake quarterly stocktake of products
  • Assist with organising board meetings

 

REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in similar role desired but no essential
  • Management experience
  • Clear communication skills
  • Be well presented and friendly
  • Must be fully vaccinated to apply
