JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking candidates to fill an Administration Officer position.
Duties consist of but are not limited to:
- Assist with preparation for board meetings
- Continue to contribute to Continuous Improvement ASES Accreditation
- Assist in the publications of language documents
- Support HR recruitment process
- Undertake quarterly stocktake of saleable products
- Maintain a record of service needs for office equipment
- Ensure all banking and expenditure reflect the sale of items
- Manage website to ensure it aligns with the marketing strategy
REQUIRED:
- Previous experience in similar role desired but no essential
- Clear communication skills
- Be well presented and friendly
- Must be fully vaccinated to apply
