JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking candidates to fill an Administration Officer position.

Duties consist of but are not limited to:

  • Assist with preparation for board meetings
  • Continue to contribute to Continuous Improvement ASES Accreditation
  • Assist in the publications of language documents
  • Support HR recruitment process
  • Undertake quarterly stocktake of saleable products
  • Maintain a record of service needs for office equipment
  • Ensure all banking and expenditure reflect the sale of items
  • Manage website to ensure it aligns with the marketing strategy

 

REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in similar role desired but no essential
  • Clear communication skills
  • Be well presented and friendly
  • Must be fully vaccinated to apply
